This is the second time I’ve used Giant Blue Dumpsters, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently poor. The first time, I called the day before delivery to ask when I should expect the dumpster since their confirmation emails provide almost no useful information. The person on the phone was abrupt and rude. He sternly asked, “What city are you in?” I said “Dallas,” and he replied “about 8am” before immediately hanging up. No customer service at all — it felt like he just wanted me off the phone. The next day, 8am came and went. By 11am we were calling again trying to find out where the dumpster was, but it was impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. It finally arrived around noon. That was not too bad as we had it there so could fill it up. We decided to give them another chance. We booked again and received confirmation for delivery on Saturday, May 23rd. By 1pm there was still no dumpster, and calls went straight to voicemail. I left voicemails and sent emails throughout the day, including at 6pm. It is now Sunday, May 24th, and there is still no dumpster — even though they already charged us $400. To make matters worse, I received an automated email telling me to prepare for pickup tomorrow… for a dumpster that was never delivered. Our garage is now blocked with trash because we planned around their promised delivery date. Their communication and customer service are terrible. When things go wrong, they either don’t care or make it impossible to speak with anyone who can resolve the issue. I would strongly recommend using a different company.

Their cleanliness is NO JOKE, you wouldn’t even guess it’s been used before! The husband doesn’t shut up about them now. They’re easy to work with, quick at delivery and pick up, and super affordable. Will for sure use again.

Had a lot of land clearing to do and needed a few dumpsters on site in a hurry, they were on the ball and their communication was on point by keeping me updated on delivery time and they had 4 rolloffs on site within a couple hours, highly recommend giving them a call for your next big cleaning ventures A++ to Blue Giant Dumpsters

I rented a dumpster for a little junk clean up, This company was the most reasonable in pricing, they delivered and picked up the dumpster in a timely manner. It was hassle free I would recommend them to friends and family.
