It's not very often I leave a bad review but this company has really irked me since we hired them. We started in February and paid for regular months during February and March, with a "required" filter clean at the start. In total we paid them $550. We had previously managed our pool for three years with no issues yet it has never looked worse than the last couple of months. When I contracted them to cancel, I was told it was because we only got a vaccum once a month but the leaves were not the issue; it was the constant algae which should be taken care of by the chemicals and weekly scrubbing (if we're not paying for a vaccum, that's all there is left to pay for!). On the call, I got offered two free vacuums to give them another chance, promptly followed by "so do you want to go ahead and do that and upgrade to the higher plan". Nothing more than an upsell. I said no and that was it. The only reason this is not a one star is because when I complained (twice) they did send someone out the next day to clean it again; however, that was Tuesday, and today (Thursday), it is already in a state again. Attached are the before and after pictures. My whole family agreed it looked better before. Today (again, two days later), it looks worse than both. Really not good when you are trying to sell your home! I will say the district manager was responsive and tried to make things right but the Corporate line was a joke. First they told me I could not cancel online, then they told me when I called I had to speak to a manager (who was the one that tried to upsell me). I finally got canceled but there was no care that they had done a bad job which was disappointing and no offer to clean it up unless I upgraded my plan. Ultimately, this has been a disappointing service that has made our pool look worse and we're here scratching our heads trying to figure out how we spent $550 to go from a clean pool to a dirty one.

We love Blue Legacy Pools! Talon has serviced our pool for two months now and our pool looks the best it’s ever looked since it was built. We’ve tried everything from testing our water through other pool companies and buying all the chemicals needed each week to now allowing Blue Legacy to perform their weekly service. They work hard to ensure all the chemicals are balanced and send a weekly report. Also, I had to call and ask a question and they also are very helpful and have wonderful customer service. Thank you!!

Jackson has done a bunch of work on our pool, installing new lights and everything else. Nick does the weeklies. Both guys are knowledgeable and total bros. Also top notch customer service, they always pick up or call back immediately and get us on the schedule for repairs ASAP. Only been a customer for half a year or so but I’ll be with them till they go out of business due to their low prices.

Professional all the way through. Free inspection to see what was going on. New heater, and cleaned out our filters on top of it. We have a baby and they were quiet and never knocked on the door like we asked. Was shopping around and glad we went with Blue Legacy!

Blue legacy has provided multiple excellent services for our home. We receive weekly cleanings, which are always accompanied by a detailed report of each chemical balance. The pool always looks great afterwards. (Shoutout to Xavier, our tech). We have also had awesome experiences on the parts/ repair side. All of our equipment was original to our 2000 home, so lots of updates were required. Chris, Jackson and the team made sure all the necessary repairs were made promptly and correctly, explaining it to us along the way. Very happy with all aspects of the service and the team! Highly recommend.
