Buck was very responsive which is critical when it’s going to be a 100 degree day. He was thoughtful and deliberate about diagnosing the correct issue, unlike my previous HVAC tech. He was also a delight to talk with to make sure I understood the problem and the repair.
Very competent and thorough plus polite and friendly. I feel satisfied that I will be breathing cleaner air in my house and have very little dust. The maintenance agreement relieves concern regarding my system over time.

Shelby provided the maintenance for our HVAC systems today. We were very impressed. Shelby was so thorough with the inspection of the 3 units, & he did a fine job of cleaning the outside units as well as adding the distilled vinegar to the interior pans. He then vacuumed the debris afterwards. Shelby also moved all of our moving boxes & items not yet unpacked out of the way to the HVAC access areas. I had to leave for an appointment so my husband stayed for the last hour of the visit. My husband said he was so impressed with the detailed maintenance information, pictures and explanations involved. Thank you to Shelby & to Coventry & Gattis. We have been so happy with the service provided.
He is the best service gent I've ever had in all my years of services. Not the mention Gattis is the best AC co. I've ever used.
