Had the opportunity to be behind a cwd trash truck while on a very busy street. I was impressed by the drivers poise (truck 758). Another driver cut him off, yet he gave no reaction just maintained a safe distance. This driver meets the standard of Professional Truck Operator. Well done young man, well done!
People here are nice. If you’re loading recycling materials then it helps to know Spanish. The Office doesn’t open till 8:00 AM. I used a translation APP which was very helpful!
FCFS. Park parallel to docks, walk up to loader and give pickup number. The rest is straight forward. Takes about 30 minutes to load
By far the worst trash pick up company I have ever encountered! I’ve been living at this address for 4 months and I have NEVER had to make as many calls to a trash company as I’ve had to make to this one! Just to receive NO HELP AT ALL!!!!! They lie! With this Texas weather the trash bins sometimes fly open or fall over I try and keep up with it with 4 kids and a job and school! And they act like because the trash can top is open they can’t get their pretty little hands dirty!!!!!! Theeeeen they lie and say they pick the trash up and don’t !!!! 3 weeks I haven’t gotten my trash picked up!!!!! They have no problem receiving their money but don’t do their job!!!!!! Give someone else your job if you ain’t gonna do it right!!!! I have one trash bin because the storm took one away and they complain that one is over full so they say put 5 on the ground next to the bin and you do that and they say it’s a mess so they can’t do it!!!! Trash is a mess DUH!!! I can’t keep dogs away from the trash yall tell me to leave outside for up to 5 days!!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!! If I could switch trash companies trust I would. But ima keep on calling and complaining until someone hears me! Ima keep leaving reviews until I get someone’s attention! Worst service EVER. Next I’m calling corporate!
I called to report an issue about bulk trash and Darleen not only addressed the issue, she also made sure my profile was updated and gave me action steps in case it happens again. She was very professional, warm, and cordial!
