Diamond Pools is great!! We have recently purchased a house in N Fort Worth and were searching for a pool company. I had several phone conversations with other companies, and left many messages with no return call. Diamond Pools answered the phone, Carlos was VERY professional, personable, treated me with respect, answered tons of questions and put me at ease. They came and serviced pool, checked equipment, and thoroughly cleaned pool and filters. They did such a great job we have them come once a week! Owning a pool is so uncomplicated with Diamond pools at the helm!! PLUS the price for cleaning is lower than most. Great company, we are happy!!!
I had an electrical problem with my pool filtration system and was hoping for timely assistance. Carlos responded within 20 minutes. He helped me diagnose the problem over the phone and via text. I was able to fix the problem the same day and Carlos asked nothing in return. The service was so good, the least I could do was send Diamond Pools a small check and write a great review!
WARNING: DO NOT USE these guys. They do work without quoting and later you find yourself with huge bills that were not even discussed. Pool cleaning is barely performed and when complained about, they say their guy was there as per "their" GPS. They replaced a pool bulb after which the lens was found broken. They refused to take the responsibility! BEWARE!
