The team at Five Star Bath Solutions of Alliance are amazing. They updated our master shower and turned it from basic contractor to a gorgeous custom spa-like oasis. The sales consultant was very knowledgeable and took his time to insure all my questions were answered, and the plan for our new shower met all our needs. Once the installation team arrived, they made sure to cover everything floor to ceiling and cleaned up everything when they left. They took time to ask for my preferences before installing the shelves, niche, grab bar and bench so every detail was exactly as we wanted. The materials used are very easy to clean. Once they were finished, the glass installer came out for precise measurements for the custom cut door. The frameless glass door fits perfect and looks beautiful. The material used for the shower walls and floor are so low maintenance, a squeegee and dawn are whats recommended to use. We are so in love with our new shower. It feels so luxurious.

What a great experience working with Five Star Bath Solutions! If I had to rate them from 1-5 stars I’d give them a 6! I had them do a tub to shower conversion in my guest bathroom. The installers, Narcizo & Gerardo were absolutely incredible! They paid so much attention to detail & kept my husband & me in the loop every step of the way! First, they covered my floors from the front door all the way to the bathroom. They covered the counter & mirror. When they did the demo (took out the wall tile & tub), they kept the bathroom door closed to minimize the dust. They made sure to ask us each time they installed the next feature where we wanted it to be placed. They measured & verified where we wanted the seat to be placed, what angle we wanted the grab bar to be, where we wanted the 4 shelves and how far apart and how high we wanted the shower head. The silicone to seal the edges was a clean, smooth, straight line throughout. I was especially happy that they were able to complete the project in 1 day! I absolutely love my new shower! ❤️ Thank you so much Narcizo & Gerardo for a job well done! 😍🤩

We had an amazing experience with 5 Star Bath Solutions. Greg, Jeovanni, and crew were very professional. Our home was built in the 1950s, and the bath tub to shower conversion is still in keeping with the mid- century design but much more functional. I highly recommend 5⭐️

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Greg has a great trustworthy team (Narcizo, Jovani, & Darrel) that worked quickly and efficiently and produced a beautiful finished product! We are thrilled about the lifetime warranty they provided! We would use 5 STAR BATH with Greg again in future!
