I had a wonderful experience working with Mina (North Richland Hills Floor & Decor Designer) while selecting tiles for our bathroom renovations. From the beginning of our design consultation, Mina was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right style and materials for our space. I had selected a few inspiration photos and shared colors I liked. From there he walked me through a few tile options, explained the differences in quality, durability, and design, and helped me narrow down choices. I was concerned about up keep of marble (I really wanted marble for shower floor) and I’m so glad I listened to his advice and encouragement of being able to maintain its beauty and properly sealing it. His design suggestions were thoughtful and really helped us coordinate the wall, floor, and accent tiles in a way that looks cohesive and modern. It also gave each bathroom its own unique style but had cohesiveness with the shower tile shape and size. I never felt rushed and Mina took the time to answer all my questions. His eye for design and attention to detail made the entire selection process much easier and more enjoyable. Even down to the schuelter trim and grout color suggestions! We’re very happy with the tiles we chose and I highly recommend working with Mina if you need help with tile design or selections for a renovation project. My primary and guest baths look amazing! Thank you Mina! When it’s time for my next project, I’ll be back.
Marlin helped me put together a beautiful kitchen. The back splash was outstanding!! I went back to thank her and decided to do my entire fill bath in hallway near the kitchen. She is irreplaceable and shines as high as the designs she puts together. Thank you !
Kiki from Floor & Decor in North Richland Hills is one of the better reps I’ve worked with. As a contractor I deal with a lot of suppliers, and it’s not always easy to find someone that’s both knowledgeable and efficient, but she’s on point. She understands materials, lead times, and what actually works on real jobs not just what looks good in the showroom. Helped me put together selections that made sense for the project and kept everything moving without delays. Communication is solid, she’s responsive, and gets things handled without back and forth. Makes my job easier and that’s what matters. If you’re a homeowner or contractor, definitely ask for Kiki.
