I called Forterra for pest control after reading awesome reviews. Chad did not disappoint, he came out because my new house had an abundance of spiders and wasp and insects and mosquitoes . First treatment was done a week ago and have already seen I huge improvement. I would recommend this company a million times over. Chad was very knowledgeable on insects that were on my property and knew exactly what to do to take care of them.
Forterra has been amazing this year with clearing an infestation issue and helping us get settled into a new home. While all of the technicians are great, Casey has been phenomenal and answering questions and going above and beyond. We will continue working with this company for years to come.
Marq came out and explained all what would be done where I would be able to understand the process. He took his time and addressed all of my concerns. I was referred by another company and I am so glad they sent Forterra to me. Marq made my 1st experience well worth it.
Yall! I did research on what pest control company to go with. We’ve had one for 3 years that reallllly wasn’t helping or doing what they said they would. I wanted to go with a local place that I could trust and they really delivered. Not only was Chad personable and professional but he also walked me through everything he did and WHY! Also walked me through what the next week- two weeks might looo like for our bug issue. Very grateful and happy with the change we made.
Chad was wonderful,friendly but professional. He was very thorough with his inspection and found the source of the infestation. He took the time to explain the problem's and solutions. Great work ethic. After talking wih him and seeing him work, I felt confident that the extermination would be successful. I was advised to call if there was any signs of the "problem," re-occurring.
