DO NOT USE!!!!!! I have an issue with Frontier waste. Since May, I have called 2 times regarding an increase in my bill. I left message 1 time and spoke with representative who said computers were down. She took my name and information but never called me back. At the same time, I emailed regarding the bill increase and sent message through your website. I never heard back from anyone. Now on July 6th. I spoke with Megan regarding my account and advised that I wanted to cancelled because of increases in bill and no communication from company. She told me there’s a $50 cancellation fee (which I have never heard of). I asked to speak with her manager Naara before cancelling. Megan told me Naara was unavailable and would call me back. Later the same day, I sent another message through website asking for a call back. Today, July 7th my cans were removed from my property without notification. I called into company and was advised by Christina that my account was cancelled yesterday and an order to pick up my cans. I told her that I was waiting for a call from Naara. She too told me Naara wasn’t available and would have to call me back. I did not authorize cancellation of my account because I will not be paying the $50 cancellation fees. Also, I just made a $65 payment on 7/3/26. I just sent an email to company with this same information…let’s see if anyone responds.

Canceled our service in April because we moved. Got an invoice with a $0 balance. Never thought anything else about this bill after (I assumed a deposit paid the final bill and a check would come back for the rest of the deposit). Nope. Got a text about a past due balance TWO months later. Tried calling in and waited for 20 minutes with no answer. Did the call back feature and nothing. Finally logged onto the account after trying many different usernames and boom the bills. They NEVER even mailed the bills either as we still owned the home and checked the mailbox many times a week and we were not signed up for paperless billing. So happy to be done with this fee for everything trashy service!

Dropped the dumpster too close to my garage, with the lid open. Busted the glass in the window. Three days ago I called to request them moving the dumpster and still nothing. For as much as we pay every single month, this kind of service is garbage. Currently shopping around for new service.

I am a fairly new client for Frontier Waste, less than 1 year, and already they have left me wanting more on both their "Weekly" services and customer service. Frontier has missed 2 pick ups less than one month apart and they will no credit you anything because the driver notates "No Trash Out" but they don't put a timestamped photo in the work order. It turns into a he said she said and they always protect their own bottom line. The Fuel Surcharge on my bill has been slightly increasing but this invoice, the surcharge doubled from the previous invoice and the customer service advised me that it's an estimate of what they expect to pay in fuel over the next three months. Diesel fuel, when I can go to the corner store, out here in the country where fuel is more expensive, and the price is $4.59 but they are charging me over $5 per gallon for fuel for the next three months in the future. They will not and do not provide any proof of fuel costs when questioned about it as it's not their business practice. So they can charge whatever they want for the fuel surcharge and consumers are supposed to just pay it, no matter how far fetched it seems. The Customer Service agents are both uneducated in company policies and rude to clients on the phone, talking over me and refusing the respond to reasonable requests.

Not a great start as a new customer. We called and spoke with Gaby and ordered a 4-yard dumpster because we were told it would be delivered Wednesday and picked up Thursday. We have family coming into town this weekend and needed everything cleared out beforehand. Gaby also told us the driver would call when they were on the way. Instead, the dumpster was delivered Tuesday with no call, and it was initially placed on our neighbor’s property. Fortunately, I was home and able to catch the driver before he left and get it corrected. No biggie, right? Well there’s more.. Then Thursday came and went, and the full dumpster was never picked up. I called at 5:02 PM but they were already closed, so I left a detailed message. By 10 AM the next morning, I still hadn’t received a callback, so I called again. The representative told me I was scheduled for a Monday pickup. I explained that Gaby said Thursday, and that both of my neighbors on either side of me have Thursday pickups with them. She confirmed that and apologized, and told me she would get another truck out that day and that someone would call me back about the mix-up. Once again, no call back—and now it’s the weekend, the dumpster is still full, and the office is closed. The entire reason we chose this service was for the specific delivery and pickup timing, and that was not honored. At this point, it’s extremely frustrating and feels like we were misled. I expect this to be addressed and made right, otherwise we will be taking our business elsewhere. Not a good start!
