This was the second project for which we hired It's Your Floor. We had a great, easy experience the first time with our kitchen countertop. This latest project was much larger--remodel of master bath, kids jack and jill baths, carpet entire upstairs, hardwood installation on stairs, and master bedroom. Matt did a fantastic job of communicating, coordinating, keeping us up to date. Only small issue was the initial carpeting we chose was not readily available, so we chose something else. We are thrilled with the results. As with any renovation you run into questions and modifications. IYF accommodated those with no extra cost or time delays. Easy experience from beginning to end. We would highly recommend them for any project, big or small. All of the painters, cabinet builders, counter installers, plumbers were all professional and a pleasure to work with!

This was our first experience hiring Its Your Floors for our home. Mike was the best! We had new floors , quartzite countertops , new sink and cook top in kitchen, baseboards throughout the house, ceilings painted, new doors and windows and all done efficiently. All his workers were respectful and cleaned as they worked. Loved all of them. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Mike was easily accessible. Was always available. Came by daily to check on things and had many suggestions. So helpful. The store itself has all you need to choose for your home ,slabs of stone, floor samples, etc. We will be using This company again I’m sure for our next project. So happy we found them.

Had a great experience with Matt, made an appointment and they showed up the next day. The same day we found a remnant and got quoted. The work was complete a week later with zero hiccups. Overall had a great experience with his family owned business! Would recommend

Just had new quartzite countertops done by ITF. They are great. Product was reasonably priced and fabrication was fast and smooth. I highly recommend them. Matthew, and everyone there, were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them for any job.

They didn't communicate much to their subcontractor. I had to handle most of that coordination. Tried to claim that they didn't need to really use RedGard because water doesn't penetrate hardiback board. Even then, what they did had incomplete coverage. I let a LOT slide that I shouldn't have thinking that it would all come together in the end. After ~6months I noticed stains forming in my stone that wouldn't clean off. Found out they didn't do any sort of sealing or stain prevention on the stone or grout. They claimed sealing stone is really just preference and that I should CLR on unsealed natural stone on a regular basis. Even though every professional trade association working with tile and stone says stone should be sealed at the time of install. Hell, the manufacturer of the floor said it should be sealed prior to grout and again at completion. $10K shower and it isn't even keeping up with the builder grade from when the house was new about 11 years ago. Some parts of the floor are still wet 20hrs after use and apparently they think that's just fine.
