I love this location. We dont have an in-ground pool, but they have been so helpful keeping our water balanced and water beautiful! There is a blonde woman who might be the owner who told me how to get my pool from green to clean by myself and I'm forever grateful!
Went in to ask about a pump for an above ground pool. They do have lots of items ppl would need, but I didn't see the pump I needed. I walked the whole store, but no one asked if I needed help. I waited in line to ask questions. (2 associates at registers and each had a customer) Another customer came in as one customer finished and left. That associate walked away and didn't acknowledge me, but saw the man come in and took him to her register. I left.
Horrible customer service. Won’t answer questions. Put you on hold for ten minutes but you can hear them answering other phone calls??? Can’t get info on what they have in stock. Have never run into this at any of the other stores. Go to Haslet or Southlake, much better customer service.
Always friendly. I used to manage a pool service department and they always seem genuine when they make recommendations. I've experienced many companies trying to take advantage but never here. It's my opinion that pool parts are severely overpriced but that's the industry's fault, not Leslie's. I'm comfortable recommending them to friends.
