I went to my favorite Lowe's in Keller, TX, today and had another amazing experience for customer support. I needed to purchase items to set up a soaker hose with timer and had questions. First associate to help was Shan. He was knowledgeable and helped me feel confident about my purchase. Kyle later in my purchase journey helped retrieve an item too high to reach. Grayson assisted me in loading up bags of mulch. And, as always, Dennis was available to answer questions and help me find needed items. Dennis is such a valuable associate at this Lowe's and deserves a raise - truly an asset!! I always have a great experience at this location of Lowe's with helpful associates who will gladly help in a professional way with kindness and a friendly smile!!

I visit a lot of hardware stores because of the work I do, but this particular Lowe’s stands out every single time. The store is consistently clean, organized, and fully stocked, which immediately makes every visit smoother and faster. Whether I’m picking up lumber, electrical materials, paint, or specialty hardware, I can always count on this Lowe’s to have what I need or help me find an exact alternative. What really sets this location apart is the customer service. The employees here actually know the products, understand projects, and are willing to help instead of just pointing. I’ve had team members walk me to the exact aisle, double-check inventory, and even give solid advice based on experience. It’s obvious they take pride in their work and genuinely want customers to succeed with their projects. Checkout is quick, returns are handled professionally, and online orders for pickup are always accurate and ready on time. As a contractor who often works on tight schedules, that reliability means everything. Their Pro Desk is especially on point friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient every time I stop in. Overall, this Lowe’s is the definition of consistent quality. It’s the kind of store you don’t mind driving a little farther to get to because you know the experience will be smooth, the staff will be helpful, and you’ll walk out with exactly what you need. Easily my favorite Lowe’s, and the one I recommend to everyone.

Today at the Tarrant Pkwy Lowes location I was trying to fill a order from uber. I was helped by Will and Cliff in the outdoor section of the store. They helped me find some planters for a customer. They took the time all of 30 plus minutes to help find and get me the items I needed. I hope management sees this review and rewards these two gentleman. Highly recommend visiting this store!

I ordered 960 Pavestone pavers from the Keller, TX Lowe's. I worked directly with Martin in fulfillment. Martin was very knowledgeable and willing to help me fulfill my order. Martin worked diligently to first find the paver, then secure them for delivery to my home. Martin is one of the rare customer service representatives who really cares about your needs. Lowes, please recognize this young man, whatever you are paying him, he is worth a whole lot more.

Steven Harris is the BEST! He helped me execute the most amazing birthday party for my 4 yo son this past weekend. I called the store not even knowing if Lowe's did birthday parties and Steven was so open to the idea from the beginning! He went above and beyond for us and I can't thank him enough. He helped to set up a private area for us, had small tables for the kids to do their DIY kit and even hung string lights! It turned out better than I could have ever imagined! Thank you Steven!
