I thought long and hard before I did a review for the management company. But I going to leave my review because I don’t want anyone running into the say problems as we did renting under these people. So first we first started renting with McCaw back in 2024 for 8728 Muir Dr Fort Worth Tx 76244 our first move in date was set for April 1,2024 so we received a call stating our home was not ready yet but by that time we was already out of our old apartment because assume we would move in on the first so McCaw had to pay for us to stay in a hotel until April 8,2024 and we was finally able to move in should have been a red flag right there. Very loyal on paying rent on time never gave them prolly. So we renewed our lease for 2025 note they charge $100 fee for rent renewal smh. So here’s where the problems come in at December of 2025 I didn’t know we had a water leak until we was outside on the sidewalk and we seen lots of water so I contacted the city of Fort Worth water department she stated maam you’ve been having a piped that burst since December 18,2025 I was like o wow I didn’t know that but she said that’s not on the city side you have to contact your property manager. Ok so called McCaw it was the beginning of the new year 2026 which they was closed so they couldn’t come out until that Friday maintenance guy wrote the maintenance request up. So I get a water bill that was for $555.17 I was like woah that’s pretty high for a water bill so I had to get a statement from McCaw for the repairs they made for me to still have to pay a $439.47 water bill as a renter not an owner smh again. So in February 2026 my family and I was sitting outside in the garage and a RAT ran under my truck tire. Had a family function that next weekend my cousin in law so a big rat in our garage scared me so bad because this something I haven’t done with before.Contacted Noelle property manager she said they’ll get pest control out note if I wanted to use pest control that was another charge. So pest control came out he stated the house was infested with rats..So we started noticing that when you open my truck door on the driver side the rat had ate a hole in my door and making all the cushion come out so I would have to back in the driveway. Later in February I noticed my ac had stopped working took my truck to the body shop the rat had chewed my ac compressor cord off. At this point I was highly upset and angry because now I have to spend more money out of my pocket to get my ac fixed. Of course I had it in my mind that we wasn’t gonna resign the lease this go round anyways. So our move out date for our new place was on 3/27/26 note our lease at the old address wasn’t up until 4/8/26 so we had plenty of time to clean to make the house perfect. On 3/26/26 McCaw listed 8728 Muir Dr Fort Worth Tx 76244 for rent for the price starting at 2,100on Zillow. When we put the keys in the lockbox we was still getting mail until our address switch over emailed Noelle to ask if she can get my mail out the mailbox she stated they will have to charge a trip fee of 200 I declined .Contacted Noelle again by email asking when we will receive our deposit back she said 30 days after move out I’m like ok. So on today 5/6/26 I logs in and looks at my full ledger McCaw is really taking our whole deposit of 1775.00 that is so unfair we made sure the home was nice and clean and to look at the full account ledger these people are really charging use 1.320 for painting due to coloring on the walls which I thought if you lived somewhere for 2 plus years that is considered wear and tear. 360 for a deep clean fee 180 for blinds 55 for towel rack mount and 60 to cover hole in wall from the garage door that kept hitting the whole. I’ve never seen a company that just want money and saying total charges is 1975.00 and saying we owe 200 more dollars how selfie and not they just dropped the rent price on today to 1950. I had a great experience with McCaw Property Management and would especially like to recognize Darla for her exceptional service. From the beginning, she was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the leasing process. She answered all of my questions promptly and made sure everything moved along smoothly. Darla’s communication, attention to detail, and positive attitude made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Moving can often feel overwhelming, but thanks to her guidance and support, the process was seamless from start to finish. I’m excited to move into my new residence and truly appreciate the excellent customer service I received. While our home required extensive repairs, Ivette was a bright spot throughout the entire experience. She was responsive, compassionate, and always kept us updated. Her communication and follow-through gave us confidence that our concerns were being taken seriously. I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The property is well maintained, the community is quiet, and the staff has always been professional and helpful. I especially want to thank Naomi for her excellent customer service throughout the process. She has been very kind, responsive, and attentive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. She truly made everything much easier and welcoming from the beginning. I appreciate the communication and support from the management team, and overall I’m very happy with my experience here. Highly recommend this community!

As a property owner, I really appreciate Darla. She is so knowledgeable and capable. I recently had a great experience with Ivette too. She proactively reviewed my contract and saved me money. 5 stars for them! My experience with others at McCaw has been slower, but I still recommend the company for property management.
