Called Mother Modern Plumbing re, sewer odor in master bath. Location Corinth, TX. Easily scheduled appointment for our schedule. Once issue diagnosed (camera used to check after toilet pulled) and After viewing photos, we were provided options to proceed. Not pushy at all. Once work signed off on plumber started same day. Our plumber was Grant Baker, very polite and considerate of our property! All plumbing/sewer lines cleaned throughout house out to the street. All of our toilets (3) and seats were replaced as well as the flanges which were cracked. Completed hydrostatic test when done to ensure no issues. Great communication from our first call to work completed. After photos provided of cleared lines. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend.
This is the second time I've used Mother Modern plumbing for our house in Hurst, TX and have been pleased again. This time it was Grant Baker that came and replaced our tub faucet. It was a 40 year old faucet so Grant needed to access it from the wall behind it. He did a great job on the drywall cut to make it easy to replace once done. He was very polite and professional, explained exactly what he needed to do to get the job done. I recommend Grant and Mother Modern for all your plumbing needs.
Adam Diaz from Modern Mother Plumbing installed a new garbage disposal in our home. He was highly skilled, personable, and had the best communication skills I've ever experienced. He also cleaned the area throughly after completing the work. He truly deserves more than five stars. Hard worker!
We hired Mother Modern Plumbing for a sewer scope inspection and two reinspection appointments on a property my client was purchasing. They were able to accommodate our appointments, even on short notice, which was greatly appreciated. Ben performed the initial sewer scope inspection and identified significant issues, including bellies and root intrusions along approximately 55 feet of the sewer line. After the line was replaced, Adam conducted a reinspection and identified three additional items that needed to be addressed. Once those repairs were completed, Adam and Willy performed the final reinspection. Throughout the entire process, the team was professional, thorough, responsive, and punctual. They took the time to clearly explain their findings and recommendations in a way that was easy to understand. They were also easy to work with and consistently demonstrated attention to detail. I highly recommend Mother Modern Plumbing to anyone looking for knowledgeable and trustworthy plumbing inspections.
This company is fantastic. Mothers diagnosed the issue as a broken waste water pipe after another company had misdiagnosed the issue. It was an expensive repair but we did locate the broken cast iron pipe under the house. Now, not only is the new plumbing system working perfectly for over a month, but we don’t have to worry about the waste water that was seeping into our foundation. Every promise and expectation given was honored. Well worth the price. This is the way.
