First time using Mr. Electric and will certainly be using them again. I had Ray come out to help with my a breaker that kept shorting. He was very thorough and patient which I appreciated. He took the time to explain what was going on so I could understand. Because of Ray and his great customer service and execution I will be using Mr. Electric in the future as well referring to people in need.
Jake, our technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and upfront about pricing. I called Mr.Electric and in less than 24 hrs they had a technician at our home. They include warranties on their work and are well established. We will definitely be calling them for all of our electrical needs. Thank you, Jake for a job well done.
Tyler is awesome! He upgraded and replaced extremely old electrical panels and fixed the connections for multiple buildings on our property, and got our power working again. I know I will go to him for any electrical issues down the road. Very professional, efficient, and good quality work.
5 stars across the board. The technicians arrived promptly and provided me with a complete and accurate quote before any work was performed. I was kept apprised of the status of the work as it progressed. Jayden and Jake are thoroughly professional and all work was completed in a timely manner exactly as quoted. Cleanup was perfect. I scheduled for someone to simply change the battery in my smoke detector. My ceiling is about 14 or 16 feet. The guy came to look at it and quoted me over $400 to do a simple task as described. After speaking with the company again, the tech came back and quoted the simple job of changing a battery in a smoke detector a whopping $260. I literally wasted $59 which is what is charged for a tech to come out. And the fact that I googled them and they had pretty good googled reviews which is why I chose them. But now I feel like it was an absolute waste of my money giving a $59 fee for absolutely nothing.
