EDIT: Thank you, Andrew! Our home was built and 1987 and had never cooled more easily, efficiently and quickly since you arduously made the meticulous adjustments today! Thank you, Ben, as well! EDIT: Thank you, Chris, Ben, Chase, Andrew and all the associates of NTHA. Being proactive is a critical part of a maintaining a successful business. We look forward to a continued positive relationship with you. As is so very often the case, growing businesses lose a certain personal communication with patrons who helped them with their pursuit of growth. NTHA is just another case, so I've been compelled to delete my original five star review and rewrite a current review. I've deducted a star based on twice requesting a phone call from B** for estimates for upgrades to our small HVAC system.
The HVAC unit at my commercial office stopped working so I called and they had someone over the same day. Their technician Grady was super kind, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. You can tell he loves his job and is excellent at it. His customer service was top notch and he got me up and running quickly. My experience with this company has always been great. Good, honest people.
Andrew came out for my maintenance and was superb. On time, cordial and a great attitude. Andrew took his time to explain the process and answer my question along the way. After he was finished, we reviewed the job and discussed options for renewing my service contract. Boom! Sign up for North Tarrant Heat and Air service and ask for Andrew. And if you need HVAC work - give them a call. Great company and better people.
First time home owner here, and I couldn’t recommend this company and especially Bryan more. Very reasonably priced (I was prepared for a huge bill only to come in under 400) for getting our HVAC up and running again. He took great care of us, explained some preventative measures we can take to keep the unit in good shape, and was very kind. Hopefully I don’t have to call again anytime soon, but if and when I need assistance, I’ll definitely be a returning customer here!
We have used this company for over 6 years and have had positive experiences throughout this time. Most recently, Andrew and Shaun came to our home to do a routine inspection of our a/c units. They were professional, clean, and courteous. They found some issues that could have caused problems over the summer, and were proactive but not pushy. They went above and beyond to make sure that the work they did was thorough and immaculate. I highly recommend North Tarrant Heating and Air!
