Very personal attentive Same day, Service. While a major competitor in Colleyville has turned to AI anttendants and Remote call centers, Polar answers the phones directly with some locally who knows what he’s talking about. Additionally, our tech was friendly and wonderful. He took great care to make sure the house did not get any dirt in it and worked very diligently to get a problem fixed. After he left and the A/C was working, another aspect of the same system crashed and within 20 minutes, the same tech was back out and spent another hour fixing it even though that took him well into the evening. Five star rating is very well deserved.

Really appreciated the tech coming out in the middle of pouring rain to help us out. He stuck with it and did everything he could to get our AC up and running again. You could tell he genuinely cared about fixing the issue. Super professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knows what he is doing.
