We have struggled with our pool since we moved in almost 6 years ago. It's always been a bit off and has cost us a lot for repairs. We were recommended pool service after pool service to help us get this pool functioning and most took our money but left a new problem. After meeting with Frank this week, we finally enjoyed our pool today and have the right settings, plumbing and equipment repairs to have a functioning pool. Finally! We'll likely even save money on our power bill after having him out. Fair price for equipment and exptertise. We highly recommend Poolwerx to anyone in need of service.

Courteous, knowledgeable sales personnel. Good job by the crew who did the “facelift” work. A special thanks to Raul. There was a bit of an issue getting the fresh water correctly balanced, but Raul worked diligently To resolve that issue. The pool looks great!.

Shop 'Local' - honest, helpful, not just looking to make a $$! Competitive prices and they won't sell you stuff you don't need like Leslie's does nor orvercharge you like, Claffey's. I've been coming here consistently for 8 years (previously Alpha pools) because these folks are 100% straightforward. I like to do as much pool maintenance and repair myself and they don't hesitate to help me Every time I come in. If they don't have the part on hand they will tell me what to order so I can get my system up and running quickest. Recently, they have helped me replace a motor and install all the parts. I brought in a buddy's pump with a stubborn impeller and they brought it to the back bench and helped me remove it, no charge! I didn't bother to shop around when I needed to update my whole system about a year after the freeze. I knew Poolwerx were honest and reliable. I had a controller, pump, and new heater installed. Communication was great, the install was professional and they even came back to help tune up the settings.
