I had Emmanuel inspect my roof after recent storms, and I was very impressed with how thorough and professional he was. Even though my roof had no hail damage, he took the time to complete a detailed inspection, provide a hail impact report, and send me a photo album with an A rating and images explaining the condition of my roof. He also educated me on the differences between insurance policies and what to watch for so I don’t run into surprises down the road. I truly appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Emmanuel with Priority Roofing was outstanding from start to finish. He knocked on my door for a free inspection, found storm damage I wasn’t aware of, and guided me through the entire insurance process. He made everything simple and stress-free. Our new Owens Corning Weathered Wood roof looks great, and he also coordinated with PV National to detach and reset our solar panels. Excellent communication, professionalism, and service throughout. Francy stopped by to give us an inspection after our neighbor decided to get their roof done. She was very polite, professional, and personal and loved every bit of our interaction. The inspection was honest and told us we had a great roof and some advice with our gutters and tree trimming. Although I did not need my roof replaced or fixed I feel confident in her honesty and will reach out in a heart beat if I needed someone out again for roof work or inspection.

I noticed the company signs in my neighborhood and liked their work and clean up. Contacted Angela and what a blessing to have found her! The best. Not pushy and was very knowledgeable. Roof and gutter system installed so quickly and looks amazing. After ignoring so many pesky roofers advertising at my door, I am so grateful I stumbled upon Angela!
