Justin Lamb and Qualis Roofing are amazing. They came out immediately and helped with a roof inspection in Little Elm, Texas. They let me know the hail damage was not going to be a problem and even helped with a little repair at virtually no cost. Justin was awesome! I highly recommend.
Honestly, I was dreading having to find a roofing contractor, but Justin at Qualis Roofing made the whole experience actually stress-free. I’ve dealt with pushy sales guys before, but Justin is a total straight-shooter. He came out to do a roofing inspection and instead of just trying to upsell me, he actually walked me through what was going on with my shingles and gave me a fair, honest assessment. When it came time for the actual roof replacement, his crew was incredible. They were on time, worked fast, and—most importantly to me—they didn't leave a single nail or piece of debris in my yard. It’s rare to find professional roofing services where the person running the show stays as involved as Justin does. He kept me updated the whole time and made sure I was 100% happy with the result. Mike Sell came out to give a roof inspection and let us know we were in need of a new roof. He helped us through the entire process, from filing a claim to the final inspection. Mike Sell was extremely professional and gave me an honest answer. We have had heavy rain storms and some other houses down the street have been damaged and needed work.
