Appointment was easy to schedule, he showed up quickly — same day. He unclogged our toilet and ran the camera to tell us why the clog happens frequently. Didn’t try to add mow services or price gouge. I knew what price range it should have been in and I felt it was fair. I will use them again.

10/10 amazing service! My family came home from a trip to find the water line from our main to our house popped a pin size hole a few hours before. Cesar (tech #0524) came out at 11pm for an emergency call. I didn’t think there was much he could do at that hour, but he worked his magic and rigged a garden hose to bypass the leaky pipe and got us water overnight. He came back the next day and replaced the pipe with the hole in it. It wasn’t an easy fix but Cesar worked the problem way beyond where I would have gotten frustrated. He got the job done right, left the area spotless when done, and didn’t mind answering my questions. I would highly recommend Cesar!!! Thank you!

Highly recommend Steve from Roto-Rooter. He did a great job unclogging my kitchen drain . He even took the time and gave me some tips on keeping it clean and unclogged. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. I really appreciated the quality of the work and would gladly use him and Roto-Rooter again.
