Beware of this company!! They do not care about their customers. They only want to take your money! The salesman that came to my house was pushy and invasive. He asked to use my bathroom and asked to see previous invoices from other pest control companies. He even asked if he could screen shot them and send them to himself. I ended up signing the contract because I wanted him to leave and because he told me he would include a mosquito treatment. I was very interested in that, so I went ahead and signed. I never should've done it!!! When I asked about it before he left, he told me it was "included but not guaranteed!" What the heck? Once he said that, I knew he was scamming me and that it was a lie. When the technician showed up a week later, I explained the situation and of course he told me that the mosquito treatment was not in my contract. He was very concerned though and wanted to make things right so he told me he would come back the next week and take care of it. I was thinking this is great they are going to make things right. NOPE! The next week rolled around, and he did not show up or call at the scheduled time. I followed up a few days later with a text to him and after several days of back and forth, he told me that he was no longer the technician in my area. The next technician that came out told me he was unable to provide the promised mosquito treatment. No surprise there!!! I asked if I could have his manager's card so that I could explain what had happened and he told me that he couldn't provide that but would have him call me. It's been over a week and no call, and no follow up for the way I was treated. Now I am stuck in a year long contract with a company that does not value their customers or provide services promised. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!! There are better pest control companies out there.

Aaron was great and personable. Answered any questions I had. And even helped me wrangle my ducks. He removed any wasp nests and spiders, took cair of ants and im hoping the inside of my home is good for the next 90 days

Connor was great — very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through everything clearly and answered all my questions without any pressure. Easy process start to finish. Highly recommend.

I am writing to formally request that your company immediately stop all door-to-door visits, knocking, sales calls, and marketing attempts at my residence located at prosper, TX 75078. Your representatives have repeatedly come to my door attempting to sell or pressure me into subscribing to your pest control program. I have made it clear that I am not interested in subscribing to your service. Despite this, the repeated contact has become unwanted, disruptive, and unacceptable. Please consider this letter my formal notice that: 1. I do not authorize any further door-to door solicitation at my home 2. I do not wish to subscribe to your pest control program 3. I do not consent to further sales visits, marketing calls, text messages, emails, or in-person contact. 4. Any future communication should be limited to written communication only regarding the billing dispute described below. I am also disputing the cancellation fee charged to me. I am very disappointed by this charge, especially because I do not believe I should be penalized for refusing to continue or subscribe to a service I do not want. Please provide a written explanation of this fee, including: * A copy of the signed agreement or contract that authorizes this cancellation fee; * The exact cancellation terms you are relving on; * The date and method by which I agreed to those terms; * A full billing history showing how the $357.23 amount was calculated. Unless you can provide clear documentation proving that I knowingly agreed to this cancellation fee, l am requesting that the $357.23 be refunded immediately. I expect written confirmation that my address has been placed on your company's Do Not Knock / Do Not Solicit / Do Not Contact list. I also expect confirmation that no representative, salesperson, technician, or third-party marketer acting on your behalf will come to my home again for sales purposes. Failure to honor this request may result in me filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies, posting a facial review of my experience, and disputing the charne with my finannial institution. Please respond in writing within 10 business days confirming: * My address has been removed from all door-to-door marketing routes; * My contact information has been removed from all sales and marketing lists; * The $357.23 cancellation fee has been reviewed and refunded, or provide the documentation supporting the charge. This matter has been very disappointing, and I expect it to be handled professionally and promptly.

I never leave negative reviews, especially for sales representatives. I understand how difficult door-to-door sales can be, and I respect people who are willing to do that job. Unfortunately, my experience with a sales rep named Tyson was extremely poor. Over the course of three separate visits, he repeatedly knocked and rang my doorbell in an excessive manner. While persistence is part of sales, there is a point where it becomes intrusive, and this crossed that line. What bothered me most was that he would not accept "no" as an answer (again I understand that to be successful at outside sales you have to overcome "nos"). Even after I clearly stated multiple times that I was not interested, he continued pushing. The conversation became so uncomfortable that I had to walk back inside my house to end it. The biggest concern was his approach to pricing. After I told him the pricing wasn't competitive, he suggested he could simply list my home differently to qualify me for a lower rate. Whether that was a joke or not, it immediately damaged my trust. He also waived and adjusted fees so quickly that it made the pricing seem arbitrary rather than transparent. Ironically, the representative did more to hurt my perception of the company than help it. Instead of presenting the service as a premium offering, he made it feel like the pricing and value proposition were completely negotiable and potentially misleading. I understand aggressive sales tactics, but homeowners deserve professionalism and respect. This experience left a very negative impression of both the sales process and the company. The rep also said he didn't have a business card because "today is the last day I'm going to be in the neighborhood."
