We contacted these guys to get an estimate for service at my client's home where a fire occured. After waiting a week, I contacted them asking for their estimate (as I had gotten from 2 other reputable companies in Fort Worth) and was told I could not get the estimate unless I agreed to sign a service contract with them before I saw the estimate. When I called corporate, the 'Customer Concerns' agent said each franchisee can do as they please and there was nothing to be done. I would never consider using this company again.
Had a pipe burst and the Servpro crew came immediately to mitigate the problem. They made a difficult situation a wonderful experience. They helped file the claim with my insurance and answered every question I had. They were very thorough throughout the process. Thank you Aaron & Anthony for ensuring everything went smoothly. They even helped with the build back .. I would highly recommend Servpro Fort Worth to my family and friends .
Outstanding service and work. Martha is a saint for dealing with my insurance company. They arrived on time, did a fantastic job cleaning up the mess made when my hot water heater flooded my garage that was completely full storage from a downsize. Everyone was polite and professional. I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again!
