Brought in paint to match and it was not remotely close. Had a beige/taupe and they gave us bright yellow. When we put some of their paint on the wall with the original color the difference was extreme. Waste of time and money.
The young man up front was kind and helpful but the older man with the beard was so rude when we went in. I came in during operational hours, I do not get off work until 5:30 and understand the store closes at 6 pm. I came in with plenty of time as I live only 5 min away. The young man helped me find the shade I wanted but when I was about to ask for a sample of the paint the older man turned off the lights of the store while we were STILL IN THE LOBBY. It was only 5:52. We were then very uncomfortable and left the store as we felt our business was not wanted. Left at 5:55 and turned around to the older worker locking the door and turning off the sign behind us 5 min before the store was supposed to close. Horrible service honestly.
I took a rug that was the perfect color for my project in and asked for the Duration line in this color. The associate wasn't sure but he said he would give it a shot. I've done this many times and again SW came thru. Color was perfect and the associate was pleased that it came out perfect. I've been a SW client for many years in 3 different states, when it comes to a quality paint and knowledge there is no where else.
Worst experience I have ever had. Robert (bald guy with beard) was extremely rude and blamed me as the customer for all of the store mistakes. They got my order completely wrong and would do almost nothing to fix it. What little they did do he was not without an argument in front of the entire store and customers. Very rude and not customer friendly at all. I would highly recommend taking my business somewhere else. I am now stuck with the wrong paint (store fault) and they were not even willing to meet me in the middle somewhere. I have never been treated with such disrespect.
Amazing store. I make it my main stop for all of my painting needs. The store staff is super friendly and helpful. Stephen got me out of a bind a few times when it came to mystery colors that I needed to touch up. Highly recommend and plan on ordering a paint designer through the store per Stephens recommendation.
