Splash Haven would get a Michelin Star if this was a restaurant, but I will settle for giving them 5 Gold stars!! From design to dig, David and Sean were a pleasure to work with and communication was excellent. David is all about customer service and made sure we were happy from start to finish. If an issue arose, he was on it, quickly. We didn't feel like just a number and a dollar sign with David. He included many features that other builders charged extra for, and the value of the pool exceed my expectations. Digging started 4 days after the contract was signed (2-14-26), and we were swimming within 7 weeks (3-27-26). It was faster than anticipated, but I didn't feel like any corners were cut in the process. We also had a lot of good weather too. All of the trades that David uses are very good at what they do, respected our property, went above and beyond what was expected, and went the extra mile. It seems he has developed some excellent business relationships, which is why he was able to get things done so quickly and professionally. David was easy to work with and is an all around good guy. I'm 100% satisfied with Splash Haven and you can reach out to me if you want a personal recommendation or have questions. I wouldn't hesitate to have him build me another pool.

We absolutely loved our experience from the first interaction with David and Sean. We vetted 7 other companies some larger and some smaller. David by far made us feel the most comfortable. Like any construction project there are bumps in the road but David was extremely responsive and addressed every issue quickly and at times before we even knew there was an issue but he still informed us. Our construction took right about 8 weeks and we LOVE it! Can’t wait for warmer weather to get in the pool but we’ve enjoyed the spa quite a bit already!

Not only did Splash Haven do a great job installing our pool in record time back in 2017, he is now keeping it in tip top shape with his service department. We had a spa light that needed replaced. He coordinated his guys and got it done a day earlier than expected. Very professional and always texts back right away. Thanks so much!

Two years ago, we started a pool build. Six months into the process, the Builder having been paid 90% of the pool Contract ghosted us. We were left with a hole in the ground no equipment no plaster just a hole with Gunite. Pretty much devastated. He left the country taking with it our money and the money of many of his subcontractors. We didn’t think we’d ever get into this pool and then David of Splash Haven pools stepped in. Within two weeks, he had our equipment installed, and our pool fully finished and operational. He not only did an amazing job, but restored our faith in humanity. But beyond that, a year later, David is still immediately responsive to anything we need, whether it’s questions or repairs. He’s always on top of it. I so wish we had found him at the beginning of this. The work he does is amazing. He’s honest, he’s affordable. He’s fair and he’s an expert. If we ever have the opportunity to build another Pool, he will be the one who builds it. I can’t recommend him highly enough
