We used Sundance Disposal for residential trash pickup and couldn't be happier. The office has been easy to communicate last minute changes. The drivers are consistent, billing is simple, and the whole operation just works. It's refreshing to deal with a local company that actually picks up the phone.
We’ve used Sundance Trash & Recycling for about 3.5 years and have always had reliable service. Last week, though, they truly went above and beyond. I discovered a major flat tire while pulling out of my garage and was completely stuck. The recycling crew, Justin and Cody, stopped to help me so I could get into town for a new tire. They even joked that I should make sure people knew it was the recycling guys who helped, since the trash guys usually get all the glory, and honestly, they earned it! Their kindness turned a stressful situation into a manageable one, and I’m incredibly grateful. It says a lot about the people Sundance hires and the values of the company. Highly recommend!
My name is Jimmy Suarez and I am a board member at Art House condominiums. We had to replace our locking mechanism on our dumpster enclosure and coordinated with Jayden and in turn she communicated with the “trash” and “recycling” drivers. Jayden, the trash and recycling drivers have done an incredible job taking care of our needs. Jayden even went as far as to give me a “callback” to make sure everything was going smoothly which is almost unheard of these days. Her efforts and the driver efforts are greatly appreciated. Trucks leaking excessive amount of fluid from rear seal. This is not a first from this company.
