Superior Exterior Fencing was a great experience! Jeff is a professional, knows his business and is extremely customer-oriented, all qualities that I look for in any contractor doing major work on my property. My fencing project was for all the fencing along the back of my property and a new gate if I could fit it into my budget. As with any of my major projects I requested quotes from three companies making sure they were all identical and had a reputation for quality workmanship. One company was 40% higher than the other two so that one was quickly eliminated. The one company out of the three who I originally thought would be who I would go with was so untogether that I was unable to get a quote from them as described. The estimator who came out never got the quote right even after four attempts. The owner kept texting me asking if he could give me a quick call and I always said yes but he never called. Automation is great but this company needs to follow through with the phone call and make sure their estimators know how to use the company’s quoting system. Finally, Jeff at Superior Fencing was chosen because he listened, discussed the product being used, what my expectations were and most important his pricing was reasonable. I originally wanted Western Red Cedar (as that is all I have ever used) and it is much more expensive than all other wood types. Jeff told me about Japanese Cedar (Sugi) and explained that it is much more budget friendly and would achieve the same look as Western Cedar. It has a shorter lifespan, but I was ok with that fact so I chose Superior Fencing and could not be happier. Also, he was able to fit my gate into the project which I am so happy I spent the extra money to do. The fencing along the back had one area which I was not happy with, so Jeff came out, looked at it and sent Josh out to fix. Now my project is complete. It was a pleasure to work with Jeff and his team, from start to finish they exceeded my expectations.

These people are slow, rude, and put little effort into their craft. Communication is low, effort is low, customer service is low. To be honest, I do not even leave bad reviews- but their low effort to even forage a business customer is beyond me. Back in April, we reached out regarding fence removal and adding a new one. We finally got through to someone with half a brain and scheduled.a time for us to meet and get some work done. Very unsatisfactory, almost like they were having a bad day and took it out on our yard. Look around for better. Do not settle for these guys.

I can't say enough about the results and customer service of Brody/Superior Exterior Fencing !! As you know it takes 2 to pay for a fence. Brody came out to evaluate, gave estimate and documentations for both sides to agree up on. Once 50% of the work was done, the other neighbor decided he didn't like it and complained like no other. Brody didn't hesitate and made the change, did not charge us extra and made both side happy. I would recommend him to anyone for any time of work and his prices are extremely Fair. Thank you Brody.

So my initial review mentioned that I never received a quote. Well I received the quote 5 late days from promised but the wait was worth it. They were professional and friendly. Compare to 4 other estimates they were the cheapest and quality is top notch. It’s amazing the great work that they did. I would recommend Superior Exterior Fencing to anyone.

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE our new fence! We live on a corner lot with original construction, all wood post/picket fence that was built with the house in 2011...I had probably a half dozen posts strapped down and supported just to keep the fence up! Superior Exterior Fencing was very reasonable with their estimate to REPLACE our fence. When they showed up they were PROMPT, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL and willing to make sure the new fence was EXACTLY what we wanted and better! Our fence has upgraded our sense of security and most definitely upgraded our CURB APPEAL!
