Couldn’t be happier with the work done on my home. They did the vinyl plank flooring in my downstairs after my pipes burst during the 2021 freeze, and they just finished my upstairs this past week. They continued the vinyl plank up the stairs and in the hallway and carpeted three bedrooms. They also recommended a painter (Bill Garrett) who did an excellent job. Both did excellent work and my house looks brand new. Thank you!!
We love our newly carpeted stairs! A flood required us to replace our carpet on the stairs leading to the garage. Texas Designer Flooring was there for us!! Great help with selection and beautiful install.
Texas Design Flooring refuses to remedy their substandard Installation of tile in our home due to the fact our builder has invoked mediation. They will not currently honor their warranty, we have 60+ tile that need replaced due to more than 50% of the tile being hollow on a tap test. Also they did not use a leveling system for our plank tile and attempted to state the tiles bow on curing. I've installed some time and I made sure I used a leveling system to ensure it was flush. We were never offered the option to have a leveling system. Also they didn't use spacers on initial installation of wall tiles and had to redo them twice. I highly discourage anyone from using this vendor.
