I recently had a tv/theater room of well-worn builder-grade carpet replaced with a very nice thick pad and high quality dense carpeting. The pattern and color I selected were in stock so the entire process from measurements to installation was only a couple of weeks. The installers arrived on schedule, did a great job protecting the baseboards and doors, matching the pattern and hiding the seams. Perfect! Having worked in customer service for many years, I’m a stickler about good service. I dropped one star because a staff member was 45 minutes late for the measuring appointment without contacting me. The tardiness affected other tasks I had planned. Otherwise, this was a very good experience and I can recommend them.
The wide range of products in the store it is a one stop shop for all your needs. Dale helped with choosing the tile and could not be more happy with the outcome. The professional installation by William by fare the best experience we have ever had could not be more happy.
Dale and Morgan at the Floor Store have been wonderful through our whole process. They helped us talk out all our ideas through changing our minds. They gave suggestions, while considering our wants. The installation team was efficient and friendly! They arrived early and got the job completed in good time. The work was seamless, and we are so happy with how they look. Everything feels level.

I called Mike and informed him that I needed my bedroom carpet stretched. He assessed the project and gave me a very reasonable price. I was very happy with the work done. My neighbor also had her carpet stretched and was very happy with the work as well. Note; both my neighbors and my carpet were installed by the builder.
