I had the the pleasure of working with Matt on the assessment of th my leaking DE filter for my Home Warrantu claim and Jason on the install of the new replacement My conclusion is they take pride in their craft and it’s consistent as part of the WaterTex culture. Both were knowledgeable and technically sound. I would highly recommend WaterTex to anyone and will request them for any future needs for my pool equipment.

Great communication and flexibility during an ice storm. The work was through a home warranty program that WaterTex handled directly to ensure everything was covered. I had them do additional work as well and pride was taken to make sure it was done and looked right. WaterTex has earned an opportunity for future work as I’m sure their bid would be competitive.
