Excellent work at an exceptional price - I would hire these guys or wildlife control over anyone else in the metroplex!
Great work! I was skeptical at first, because I thought they were way too expensive. I had rats in my attic and they gave me a high price because the rats had gone to the bathroom all over. I ended up using a cheaper company, but they couldn't get rid of the rats after coming to the house several times since Feb. I finally gave up. Called Xteam back and they had the rays gone in 2 days. It was high, but worth it.
They were great. Came out and did a thorough inspection. Found out where the squirrels got in. Sealed off entire house and did attic renewal.
We were using a different pest service before and I found them through google. They performed more services at a fraction of the cost of the other guys and the service has been fantastic!
