We had to have foundation repairs completed on our house. As such, a plumbing test was required to make sure there were no leaks. Brian performed the plumbing test, unfortunately the test failed. Brian thoroughly explained that the clean outs had to be excavated and replaced. He showed us the old cracked clean outs. After replacing the clean outs, he completed another test to ensure there were no more leaks. We passed! Brian was very professional, so friendly, and fair. I would recommend this company!

Called Worry Knot Plumbing this morning to get a quote on sink repair, they were able to get James, the owner, to come and assess the sink in the afternoon. Very pleased with the customer service and quality of work he provided!! Will definitely recommend Worry Knot to anyone who needs a professional plumber!

I had a problem on Memorial Day. I called Worry Knot and the dispatcher was very helpful. Got the details of my problem and all contact information. She told me a plumber would be at my location between 2:00 and 3:00. They arrived on time. Had the problem fixed in 15 minutes for a very fair charge. they use electronic estimating and invoice which I found very handy. Great job Worry Knot!!

James is knowledgeable, dependable and responsive. He did a great job repairing our leaking bathroom faucet. (I still don't know how he was able to get under our small cabinet, but he did!) Very reasonable rates, as well. I highly recommend James AND Worry Knot Plumbing! Teresa D. - Carrollton
